Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Axiom AI Agent service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
Description of Services
Axiom Board Group builds, trains, tests, deploys, and maintains a custom AI Agent that embeds on your existing website as a chat widget. The service includes prompt creation and quality scoring, pre-launch simulation against customer personas, a live chat widget with lead capture, human handoff, a client dashboard with a live chat inbox, and ongoing improvement. The service supplements your website and does not replace it.
Subscription and Billing
The subscription is $97 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting on the day you purchase. There is no long-term contract, no implementation fee, and no setup fee. You may cancel at any time. Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time with no penalty by contacting us at cody@axiomboardgroup.com or through your client dashboard. Access to your AI Agent and dashboard continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the widget is deactivated.
Refund Policy
If your agent is not live and working within five business days of your completed setup questionnaire, Axiom Board Group will credit your next month at no charge. Because the subscription is month to month with no contract, cancelling stops all future billing. Payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content, to misrepresent the AI Agent as a licensed professional where such representation would be false, to attempt to reverse engineer or resell the service without written permission, or to interfere with the security or integrity of our systems. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you supply for training.
Intellectual Property
Axiom Board Group retains all rights in its platform, software, prompt engineering methodology, scoring rubric, and simulation systems. You retain all rights in your business content, branding, and the visitor data captured on your behalf. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to build, operate, and improve your agent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AI-generated responses may contain errors. Axiom Board Group does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will produce any specific volume of leads or revenue. You are responsible for reviewing your agent before launch and for monitoring its output.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Board Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunity. Our total aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid to Axiom Board Group in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state law of the jurisdiction in which Axiom Board Group operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
